WLISA Wear is a little different this year. While we would love to deliver all your stuff in person, we know that the most important thing right now is for us to stay socially distant and share from afar. That being said, we have done a lot to make sure WLISA wear is as great as possible! We're sure you may have a few questions, so here are just a few answers for you.

There was an issue with my order. What should I do?

We're sorry to hear that there was an issue, and we will do everything we can to fix it. We have created a form for you to outline your problem to us and we will determine if we can get a refund. This is a long process so please be patient. To get started, visit WLISA Wear Order Issues and fill out that form!

How much do I have to pay for shipping?

The company we have chosen for production has given us a great rate on shipping. For those in Canada, the rate is $9.95 + tax and in the US it is $13.95. 

I'm living outside of Canada and US, can I still buy WLISA wear?

Unfortunately, the company that we are using cannot ship internationally, and for us to ship internationally is very expensive. However, we still want you to be able to buy some WLISA wear. If you have someone in Canada or the US that you want to ship it to we can do that, and if you don't please reach out to Khalid Talakshi, and he will work with you on how to order. 

I don't have a valid payment method, can I pay via e-transfer?

Yes! For this to work, please message Khalid Talakshi, and he will work with you on the payment method. Once that is all sorted out, you will get a code to purchase the items at no cost. 

Can we get customizations on our order?

Unfortunately, the manufacturer has said that they cannot offer customizations. We wish we could, and we have talked to the manufacturer about doing this. In the future we hope this is a possibility but for this year, it won't be. 

My size/colour is out of stock. Will it be back?

Yes! Our inventory is updated daily, so come back each day if you want to see if your sweater is back in stock. Don't worry, this store will be up for quite some time!

My question wasn't answered here, who should I talk to?
